Dr. Brad Labrecque, DMD, MSc (Aachen), is a general dentist whose focus is incorporating laser technology in the modern dental practice. He is passionate about training dental practitioners in the use of dental lasers in all clinical procedures, and he implemented lasers early in his clinical practice, becoming one of the first dentists in Canada to do so. He has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education, and his practical experience makes him a global authority on laser dentistry, sought after by dental practitioners worldwide to train them in the successful implementation of this technology to improve their clinical outcomes from traditional dental protocols.

Since 1995, Dr. Labrecque has lectured globally on this technology at conferences across Canada, the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Iceland, Slovenia, and Germany, drawing on his extensive knowledge of all wavelengths of dental lasers. He maintained a general group practice at Cedar Dental Centre in Kamloops, BC, Canada, from 1984 to 2019, with a focus on minimally invasive dentistry.

Today, Dr. Labrecque owns and operates a dental consulting business focused on improving dental practice operations and clinical results through the technologies available to dentists. Amid the marketing hype surrounding dental lasers and intraoral scanners, he provides practices with a road map based on their specific needs so that the return on investment is realized immediately, with no negative impact on the practice's bottom line.
